2. Choose Undergraduate or Graduate

3. Login using HUST passID&PSW

4.Choose wanted service(take transcript for example)

5. Select and click next

6. Confirm email address

7. Submit an order for service

8. Done

9. Go to your school emailhttps://mail.hust.edu.cn/,login and collect it.
