Dear HUSTers:

To make better service for all enrolled students, we have opened some online administration serviceapplication covering the study and lifeat campus. Here are some tips about the service application:

1. Login

Login “Online Application and service system for international student” athttp://admission.hust.edu.cn/apply/login, select “service”, and use your PASS account (student ID) and password to sign in, as show in Pic 1. You can select the webpage language on the top right corner.

After signed-in, you’ll go to online service homepage as shown in Pic. 2, roll down and Go to “School service” below the “Registration Information” to select the needed service to apply, when you click on the related service icon, you will find the application policies and guidelines in a popup window as shown in Pic. 3.

The services to often use include:

a. Residence permit application/extension:to apply forofficial letter to immigration office for residence permit application/ extension;

b. Registration information change:if you find wrong or expired of the registration information on the “Registration Information” including photo, phone, email, etc… please apply to change the information;

c. Attachment to upload:you may be informed that some attachment is missing in the system by the teacher, please upload the needed attachment;

d. Graduation Deregistration:ONLY available for the graduate to apply for deregistration before certificate collection and leaving campus;

e. Apply for entry/exit of campus:to apply for entry/exit of campus at least one day in advance;

f. Insurance claim:to apply for official letter to insurance company for advance payment or reimbursement;

g. Living expenses declaration:ONLY available for the scholarship students to apply for monthly stipend;

h. Fee payment and refund:ONLY available for the dedicated students to apply for fees payment or refund;

i. Outstanding individual application:open for student to apply for outstanding award at given time every year;

j. Scholarship annual evaluation:ONLY available for scholarship students to apply for annual evaluation at given time every year;

3. Check the application progress

As shown in Pic 4, you can check ALL your application process and see the approving status.
