Personal Profile

Zhou Jian, a Donghu Scholar, associate professor of Wuhan National Research Center for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 2016, he received a doctor's degree in computer science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and in 2018, he received a doctor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Central Florida. From 2018 to 2020, he joined the University of Central Florida as a postdoctoral researcher. In 2021, he was employed as an associate professor by Wuhan National Research Center of Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research of computer system structure, storage level memory, trusted computing, solid-state storage technology, large-scale storage system, big data analysis system, near data processing, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in international first-class academic conferences and journals such as ISCA, FAST, DAC, IEEE TC, IEEE TPDS, ACM ToS, EuroSYS, IPDPS, DATE, ICCD, JPDC, CLUSTER, etc. He has obtained 3 invention patents, participated in 5 NSFC programs and in the 973 Program, the National High the Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), NSFC key projects and NSFC projects. In IEEE CyberSciTech, IEEE DASC, IEEE PICOM, IEEE DATACOM and other meetings, he served as chairman of the branch, publication chair, registration chair, website chair and reviewer.
