Personal Profile

Dr. Zhou Ke, supervisor of doctorate candidates, is a level 2 professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and is selected as a member of National Major Talent Project. He is also an outstanding member of China Computer Federation and senior member of Chinese institute of electronics.His research areas mainly fall on mass data storage and management.He now works as the vice director of key laboratory of Ministry of Education of Information storage system and the director of the joint research center of intelligent cloud storage technology by Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST) and Tencent. A list of awards were attained by Mr.Zhou, including one second prize of National Award for Technological Invention, three first prizes and one second prize at ministerial and provincial-level,SC’06 storage challenge finalist award. 3 national standard and 1 industrial standard were developed under his leadership. On top of the above mentioned, he has obtained over 60 authorized invention patents and published over 100 articles on domestic  and international journals and conferences.
