Personal Profile

Li Dan, Associate Professor, Supervisor of Master's Candidates, is the Deputy Director of Institute of Digital Media, School of Computer Science, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Her research interests include 3D reconstruction and modeling, virtual reality and augmented reality and computer graphics. She has presided over projects supported by NSFC, the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, the special fund project of the basic scientific research for universities directly under Ministries, and has completed a number of joint projects with enterprises and military industry as the person in charge.She has participated in the completion of a number of national key research and development plans, national support plans and graphic image research topics in provincial and ministerial projects. More than 30 academic papers have been published in authoritative journals or conferences at home and abroad. More than 20 papers have been included in SCI and EI, and 3 invention patents have been applied and authorized.
