Personal Profile

Dr. Li Chunhua, female,  associate professor, has got her bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology ( formerly Huazhong University of Technology ) in 1994, 1997 and 2006 respectively. She is mainly engaged in the research work of mass data storage and management, database system tuning, key value storage system, storage security and other aspects. She is a member of the Technical Committee of Information Storage  of the Chinese Computer Federation. She presided over the sub-tasks of the National Key R &D Plan, the Internet of Things development project, the National Development and Reform Commission Xin 'an project, the GF pre-research project, and Huawei, Inspur, HGTECH and other enterprise cooperative projects, participated in the national “973 program”, “863 program”, key projects of NSFC , and HUST-Tencent Intelligent Cloud Storage Technology Joint Research Center and other school-enterprise cooperation projects.

She has published more than 40 papers in SIGMOD, ICDE, DAC, ACM-MM, ICPP, MSST, ICME, WWW, FGCS, NCA, SYSTOR, TrustCom and other international authoritative conferences and journals. She has applied for 48 invention patents, among which 35 have been authorized, and 5 software copyrights. In 2014,she won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award in Hubei Province.In 2015, she won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Chinese Institute of Electronics.In 2021, she guided the graduate students to participate in the seventh China International “Internet +”College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the gold medal. She won the title of Supervisor for Excellent Bachelor’s Thesis in Hubei Province and won the second prize of Teaching Quality Award for many times.
