Research Interests:

Dr. Guokuan Li received the B.S. degree and M.E. degree both in automatic control engineering, Ph.D. in pattern recognition and artificial intelligence, from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, in 1993, in 1996, and in 2000 respectively. After receiving the Ph.D., he joined Imaging Research Labs, Robarts Research Institute, Canada, where he worked for 5 years, focusing on research of medical imaging and medical image processing. He joined the faculty at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan in 2006 and is currently working as an associate professor.​
